The Customer Care department at Ford Windows has developed an efficient and responsive way to deal with any type of problem that may arise from window installation.

Not only do we offer a full insurance backed warranty we provide a level of service that is second to none. Our teams of fully trained and experienced engineers will be available to attend to any service call that's required.

Our fully dedicated Customer Care teams understand the importance of delivering any repair on time, with the minimum amount of disruption to the homeowner. We pride ourselves on our communication between the homes owner and the builder and we look to solve any issues efficiently and without delays.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best in customer service we regularly hold training sessions for our Customer Care teams to advise and guide them through the range of potential problems they may encounter on site.
